  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. Mix the eggs, milk, melted butter, honey, cinnamon, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  3. Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix together until the large clumps disappear.
  4. Poor mixture in the center of the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
